TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company’s principal activity is the creation, manufacture, and sale of upscale ready-to-wear clothing and fashion accessories, distributed worldwide under the IRO brand name. To best meet customer needs, in addition to its physical stores and distribution network, the Company has established an online distance-selling system for a curated selection of items available via its website.

These standard terms and conditions of sale and use define the rights and obligations of both parties concerning the sale of products to customers and the use of the website. By proceeding with an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

Article 1: Scope

These terms apply exclusively to remote sales of IRO-branded products conducted through the Company’s official website (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), excluding any other online or physical sales channels.

  • Orders may be placed by natural persons acting as consumers (as defined by applicable law) with a usual residence as outlined in Article 10.
  • Deliveries may be made to the customer or a designated third party, provided the recipient is also a consumer residing in an eligible territory.

All sales made via the Website or Customer Service are governed by these terms. The applicable terms are those in effect on the date of order placement. By validating an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.

Article 2: Products Offered

Article 3: Liability

The Company strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date product information but cannot guarantee absolute perfection. Photographs and descriptions are indicative and non-contractual.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Website interruptions or delays due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure, or third-party actions.
