SHIPPING

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, with a potential extension during sale or promotion periods. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information. A signature is required for all orders. After three delivery attempts, your order will be returned.

UPS Ground shipping: 5 to 7 business days – $10
UPS 2-Day: $25
UPS Overnight: $35 (Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST).

RETURNS

We offer free returns for online purchases. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in clean, unworn condition with original tags.

Return Process

• Complete the return form and prepare your package with the return label.
• Drop off your package at a UPS location or arrange for a pick-up.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

Store purchases can be returned within 10 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by a receipt. Discounted items are final sale.
